What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Support Specialist, your job is to make sure customers feel supported and understood. Here’s what your day might look like:
- Learn the product inside and out so you can answer questions confidently
- Help customers via email, chat, or video calls
- Solve problems by listening carefully and finding the best solution
- Keep track of customer issues and feedback using Rippling’s system
- Share customer insights with the product team to help improve the platform
- Stay updated on company policies and product changes
- Manage your time well and meet deadlines
- Go the extra mile to make customers feel valued
What You’ll Need
- A bachelor’s degree (any field)
- 0–3 years of work experience (yes, beginners are welcome!)
- Ability to work U.S. hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5:30 PM PST
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
Pay & Perks
This is a full-time, hourly role with overtime eligibility. Pay depends on your location in the U.S.:
