We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our premier dry cleaning and laundry service team in Austin, Texas. With two distinct brands focusing on dry cleaning and laundry services and convenient pick-ups, we are dedicated to delivering top-notch experiences to our clientele.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between our company and customers, managing inquiries, coordinating pickups, and supporting various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities:
● Place morning calls to hotels (10-15) to schedule pickups, ensuring timely coordination.
● Send emails to company email addresses regarding any scheduled pickups by 8:45am.
● Monitor and promptly respond to customer inquiries via chat through Tawk.
● Monitor and manage voicemail messages, ensuring timely responses.
● Respond to emails across both brand identities promptly and professionally.
● Monitor and respond to customer messages through SMRT.
● Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer needs and inquiries.
● Identify and escalate any unusual or urgent matters to the CEO for prompt resolution.
● Assist the CEO with special projects, including light data analysis and reporting tasks.
● Conduct weekly check-ins with the CEO to review performance and discuss any pertinent matters.
Requirements
● Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar customer service role.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
● Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Proficiency in using communication tools such as email, chat platforms, and social media.
● Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote team environment.
● Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
● Proficiency in basic data analysis and reporting preferred.
● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
● Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
● Availability to work during standard business hours, with occasional flexibility for special projects or urgent matters.
