What You’ll Do
As an Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be the first person patients talk to when they’re referred to Cadence. Your job is to:
- Call and text patients to explain Cadence’s care program
- Share benefits, responsibilities, and expected outcomes in simple language
- Help patients enroll virtually and schedule follow-up appointments
- Build trust and rapport especially with seniors who may be nervous or unsure
- Follow a script while still sounding warm and natural
- Balance quality conversations with productivity goals
What You’ll Need
This role is ideal for someone who’s empathetic, organized, and confident on the phone. Here’s what Cadence is looking for:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred but not required)
- Experience in healthcare or customer service, especially with performance goals
