What the Role Involves

As a Customer Care Associate, you’ll be the friendly face (or voice!) behind the scenes, helping parents get the most out of their Good Inside membership.

You’ll work remotely, part-time, for about 10–20 hours per week. During busy times like product launches or sales you might be asked to pitch in a little more.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Responding quickly to customer support requests
  • Answering questions about membership and content
  • Reporting bugs and working with the tech team to fix them
  • Sharing customer feedback with the internal team
  • Updating Help Center articles so users can find answers easily
  • Helping improve support processes
  • Staying up-to-date with the app and preparing for new features
