What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Specialist, your main job is to help customers who use Brightree’s software. You’ll answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and make sure users feel supported and satisfied. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM EST (perfect for those who prefer a steady weekday schedule).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer questions about Brightree’s software and services in a friendly and efficient way.
  • Help users fix issues related to system setup, configuration, or functionality via phone or email.
  • Solve problems that don’t have ready-made solutions by thinking creatively and logically.
  • Keep track of support requests and document everything clearly.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on new product features and releases.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members when needed.
  • Follow company procedures for documenting cases.

Salary & Benefits

Estimated Pay Range:
$26.08 to $40.29 per hour (based on location, experience, and skills).
