As a Client Experience Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for small business owners managing their 401(k) plans. Your job is to make their experience smooth, informed, and stress-free. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with empathy and efficiency.
- Learn the ins and outs of 401(k) plans and the 5500-filing process.
- Meet service benchmarks for calls, emails, and client satisfaction scores.
