Role Overview: Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll work with startups and growing companies, helping them get the most out of Close’s CRM platform. You won’t manage a fixed list of accounts instead, you’ll connect with new customers (often founders and CEOs!) and guide them through onboarding, training, and strategy.

What You’ll Need

- At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS (software for businesses)
