I do think rocket money is now associated with true bill, so if you can’t find this on Rocket money’s website check true Bill’s website. if that makes any sense all of these little fintech companies are merging and things like that regardless rocket money runs an app to help people live their best financial lives.

they are looking for somebody to use their online chat platform just helping all of Rocket money’s members you’re going to provide that customer service answer questions about their app and assist members with their accounts and solve General issues.

you’ll provide resources and guide them to how to use their premium membership to get the most benefits out of it and any technical issues, they have that you can’t solve you’re going to escalate up to the engineering team.

so maybe there’s bugs in the app that you can’t fix and you’ll have the engineering team fix them, so you’re going to have to use the rocket money app regularly.

so you’re really going to work with that operations team the technicians that go out to homes and fix these add ADT systems or install them you will be coordinating with them any parts requisitions that they have just doing that paperwork basically for them.

you’re going to have to collaborate with the customer service teams and the warehouse out of DC to make sure that the supply teams verify the order details includer including the product selection the pricing the shipping information making sure the order is complete and accurate and then you’re going to with all of this working with all these different people.

you’re going to help identify opportunities to streamline the order management process, so if you where things are not as great as they could be you can give your ideas and help make the order process better for their specific Amazon stores the other thing you’ll be doing this job is managing that Amazon online catalog.

so you’re going to coordinate the setup and maintenance of the item cataloges on the Amazon Marketplace providing the necessary documentation monitoring those product pages to identify and resolve any issues or Dlisted skews.

so if you’ve ever been shopping at Walmart walart or anywhere that little barcode it’s got a number on it those are the skew numbers and so you’re going to make sure that basically the item number skew numbers that are listed on Amazon are accurate correct and the products that are currently stocked any that have been delisted or not sold anymore you’ll have to make sure they’re removed from Amazon. so you’re just managing this whole Amazon storefront making sure the items that are listed are correct.
